Their coveted crops are allowed to age in some new American oak barrels for a freshly deep sweetness, possessing all the right support to deliver this wonderful whiskey. You will certainly have a full mouthfeel with some sweet tea, cinnamon, and toasted marshmallow flavors to follow. Balcones Distilling is a company that makes whiskey to be appreciated. Founded in 2008 in the heart of texas, there was an incredibly quick turnaround in getting this whiskey to the masses. A decade and a half later, they are thriving and creating some memorable whiskey moments throughout the country.
