Once only sold in pints at their distillery, Jim Beam has now begun a limited release across the country. Non-chill filtered and bottled in bond, what's not to love? Full, lush, and oily in texture, this bourbon is big on classic flavors like vanilla, burnt sugar, honey, and oak with just a faint hint of ripened oranges. Considerably mellow despite its 100 proof label, the unfiltered quality and texture of this flavored bourbon coats the mouth while being worth of stock piling.
