This spirit was first conceived in a dusty little distillery just southeast of Austin, Texas in the ’90s with some hard work, effort, and a dream. With the aid of old-fashioned pot stills, like those used for fine single malt scotches and high-end cognac, Bert “Tito” Beveridge created one of the fastest-growing vodka distilleries in the U.S.
