Description
Founded by brothers Raymond and Paul Lillet, Lillet crafts delicious blends of wines with fruit infusions. Since 1872 in Podensac, a petit village in the renowned Bordeaux region, La Maison Lillet has been crafting their apéritif. To this day, a highly skilled team of 10 people provide their expertise to create the delicious, refreshing, and smooth wine. Passionate about flavor and quality, they source their produce from vineyards which utilize environmentally friendly practices. Lillet Rosé is a bright pink, glowing and refreshing aperitif. It starts with a bouquet of sweet berries, orange blossom and grapefruit. The flavor is fresh with a sensationally fruity taste with a touch of acidity, leading into a smooth and comforting finish with wonderful aromas. Best enjoyed on bright Summer evenings or any time gathered with friends! For pairing, the team at CWS suggests niçoise salad or feta, spinach, mint and quinoa tartelettes. Also wonderful in a spritzer or mixed in with delicious, fruity cocktails.
