This Pinot Noir from Line 39 is a premium wine, sourced and bottled in California. With an aroma of dark cherry, vanilla bean, pomegranate, and red licorice-bright cherry, hints of earth, mushroom, and toasty oak open on the palate. The body and finish is enjoyably soft and plush. To pair, the team at CWS suggests duck with poached figs and sauce or dishes with a touch of spice such as char siu pork. Line 39 is named for the 39th parallel, which runs through the heart of Northern California’s wine country just North of Napa Valley. Here, they source their grapes from talented growers and have committed to integrating sustainable, environmentally friendly practices with a goal of becoming a fully sustainable wine-making operation.Product Details
