From the Orendains, a well-known family who has crafted high-quality tequila in Mexico since 1924, comes Tequila Bribon. Made from 100% blue agave that is only harvested when fully matured after 7 to 10 years, the hand-picked agave are then roasted for 18 hours and shredded for their juice that is then fermented. Following, Bribon Tequila merges both pot still and column distillation to form their unique two-style method of achieving their crisp and crystal clear silver tequila. Bribon Reposado Tequila is matured for 6 to 9 months in toasted American oak barrels resulting in a light golden hue, matured agave flavors, and beautiful barrel notes. On the nose are aromas of cooked agave, toasted nuts and woodsy notes. The palate is silky-smooth, creamy, and has flavor notes of cooked agave, vanilla, fresh apple, and pineapple leading into a finish which swiftly builds into a sweet and spicy candied ginger heat. Enjoy this reposado in any classic or contemporary cocktail such as a Reposado Old Fashioned or Acapulco or as a shot, neat, or on the rocks.
