Its name is inspired by Chiapa de Corzo which used to be a battlefield. In order to honor and pay respect to their ancestors the head distiller named their brand Corzo. The masterfully crafted tequila is produced under strict standards where it is distilled three times and aged in American white oak followed by special French oak barrels. This lengthy process consists of processing, harvesting, fermenting, and distilling produce Inorder to create a tequila that lives up to its premium standards. Corzo Reposado Tequila is made from 100% blue weber agave and is fermented without the use of fibers. This flavorful blend comprises traces of caramel, lemon and includes accentuated flavorings of oak, honey, coconut, banana, peper, and vanilla in order to create a desired flavor profile. When pouring a glass of Corzo Reposado Tequila you will be struck with aromas of vanilla, pine, agave, and pepper which adds to its perfect character.
