Tequila Cabal Reposado builds on the foundation of their excellent Blanco tequila with an eight month aging period in American oak, infusing a rich golden color and complex oaky flavor. This high-class spirit takes its name from the Spanish word "cabal" that comes from "caballero", or "gentleman", and it shows a truly luxurious level of class from the very beginning of the distillation process. This tequila starts in a century-old agave field located in the heart of tequila country, and is cooked in a century-old brick oven. Double distillation creates a citrusy, floral, agave-forward flavor in the base spirit that gets perfectly balanced with delicious oaky undertones.
